الخلاصة: «أنا بعد» يعمل بدون حساب ولا اسم ولا رقم جوال ولا بريد. لا نطلب هويتك، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات. سجل مشاعرك التفصيلي يبقى على جهازك.

ما الذي يُحفظ على جهازك فقط
هذه البيانات لا تغادر جهازك ولا نستطيع الاطلاع عليها:
- سجل مشاعرك الكامل (التقويم والخط الزمني لكل يوم)
- الملاحظات والأنماط المستخرجة من سجلك (تُحسب على الجهاز)
- سلسلة الأيام المتتالية
- قائمة أصدقائك والألقاب الخاصة التي تمنحها لهم
- إعدادات التذكير اليومي
ما الذي يُرسل إلى خوادمنا
- معرّف مجهول: يُنشأ تلقائياً لجهازك عبر تسجيل دخول مجهول (Firebase Anonymous Auth). ليس مرتبطاً باسمك أو بريدك أو رقمك.
- مشاعرك المسجّلة: اسم الشعور ووقته ومعرّفك المجهول — لحساب مؤشر المجتمع.
- ما تكتبه اختيارياً: اقتراح شعور جديد، أو سبب تغيّر شعورك. لا تكتب فيها معلومات تعرّفك.
- ملف الأصدقاء (اختياري): اللقب الذي تختاره، ورمزك المكوّن من ٦ خانات، وشعورك الحالي إن فعّلت المشاركة.
- طلبات الصداقة واللمسات: المعرّفات المجهولة للطرفين، واللقب، ونوع اللمسة.
- رمز إشعارات الجهاز: لإيصال الإشعارات إليك.
من يرى شعورك
- مؤشر المجتمع: يعرض أعداداً مجمّعة فقط — لا يستطيع أحد معرفة من سجّل ماذا.
- أصدقاؤك: لا يرى شعورك إلا من قبلتَ طلب صداقته بنفسك. تستطيع إخفاء شعورك عن شخص بعينه، أو إيقاف المشاركة كلياً — وعندها يُحذف شعورك من الخادم فوراً.
مقدّمو الخدمة
- Google Firebase (المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات وApp Check): تخزين البيانات المذكورة أعلاه.
- Apple Push Notification service: إيصال الإشعارات.
- Cloudflare Workers: وسيط يمرّر الإشعار إلى آبل، ولا يخزّن محتواه.
ما لا نفعله
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.
- لا نعرض إعلانات ولا نستخدم معرّفات إعلانية.
- لا نطلب الوصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الموقع أو الصور.
مدة الاحتفاظ
سجلات المشاعر تُستخدم لحساب المؤشر خلال آخر ٣٠ يوماً. بياناتك على الجهاز تبقى ما دام التطبيق مثبتاً، وتُحذف بحذفه.
حقوقك
تستطيع طلب حذف بياناتك من الخادم عبر مراسلتنا على contact@itzenhealth.com مرفقاً رمزك المكوّن من ٦ خانات (تجده في صفحة «أصدقائي»). وحذف التطبيق يمسح كل ما هو محفوظ على جهازك.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
تنبيه مهم
«أنا بعد» تطبيق للعافية النفسية وليس أداة تشخيص أو علاج طبي. إن كنت تمر بضائقة، تواصل مع مختص. في السعودية: مركز الدعم النفسي 920033360 (٢٤/٧).

In short: Ana Baad works without an account, name, phone number, or email. We don't ask who you are, we don't sell your data, and we show no ads. Your detailed mood history stays on your device.
Who we are
Ana Baad is operated by itzenhealth. Privacy contact: contact@itzenhealth.com
Stored only on your device
- Your full mood history (calendar and daily timeline)
- Personal insights, computed on-device
- Your check-in streak
- Your friends list and the private nicknames you give them
- Daily reminder settings
Sent to our servers
- An anonymous identifier created for your device (Firebase Anonymous Auth) — not linked to your name, email, or phone.
- Your recorded emotions (name, time, anonymous ID) to compute the community index.
- Optional free text you choose to send: a suggested emotion, or the reason your mood changed.
- Optional friend profile: your chosen nickname, your 6-character code, and your current mood if sharing is on.
- Friend requests and nudges: both anonymous IDs, nickname, and nudge type.
- Device push token, to deliver notifications.
Who can see your mood
- Community index: aggregate counts only — no one can tell who logged what.
- Friends: only people whose request you personally accepted. You can hide your mood from a specific person, or stop sharing entirely — which deletes your mood from the server immediately.
Service providers
- Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, App Check) — stores the data above.
- Apple Push Notification service — delivers notifications.
- Cloudflare Workers — relays notifications to Apple; does not store their content.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data for marketing.
- No ads, no advertising identifiers.
- No access to contacts, location, or photos.
Retention
Emotion logs are used for the community index over the last 30 days. On-device data remains while the app is installed and is removed when you delete it.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your server-side data by emailing contact@itzenhealth.com with your 6-character code (found in the Friends screen). Deleting the app erases everything stored on your device.
Children
Ana Baad is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
